What is Veterinary Physiotherapy?

Veterinary Physiotherapy provides additional support to help your pet recover from injury or surgery, maintain athletic ability, or improve general movement and mobility. Veterinary Physiotherapists work closely with your Veterinary Surgeon and you to create a plan tailored to your pet. Veterinary Physiotherapy sessions are always tailored to your pet's needs, both generally and on the day of treatment. Sessions include checking muscle symmetry, assessing how your pet moves, and providing massage therapy to the areas they find uncomfortable. What Services do we offer?

We offer services for both Dogs and Horses. An initial assessment takes longer than a follow-up apointment but allows me to get to know both you and your pet as well as a full picture of what your pet needs as well as a full treatment. A follow-up session contains the same in-depth treatment but is shorter than the inital assessment.

Tailored Home Exercise Plans

We tailor make home exercise plans to best suit what your pet needs whilst also considering any personal circumstances/situations that may make certain aspects of home exercises more difficult. We endevor to make a suitable treatment plan that supports your pets recovery/fitness whilst also making it as straight forward to fit into daily life as possible.
